Individuals holding rooms in the conference block who are not registered either as a conference attendee or exhibit staff by the week prior to the conference will lose the conference discounted rate.

Travel:

The Marriott Rivercenter is located in San Antonio, along the historic Riverwalk. The city of San Antonio offers a regular shuttle service between San Antonio International Airport and the downtown hotels for a fee - taickets can be purchased upon arrival at the airport. Rental cars are not required and hotel parking is expensive. Many restaurants, sights, and shopping are within easy walking distance of the hotel. Don't miss the Riverwalk adjacent to the hotel with its many restaurants and clubs and also the historic Alamo only a couple of blocks away.
